So, today I found some Gen3-Pony related children's books at the 99cent store. One of them had Gen-3 Pinkie Pie. One of them had Gen-3 Cheerilee. And the third one had somepony I'd never heard of called Toola-Roola. Which is a rather silly name even for a pony.
Anyhoof, I noticed from those books how much Pinkie Pie and Cheerilee were reimagined for Friendship is Magic, and so I decided to reimagine Miss Roola here. What I had to go off was that Toola-Roola likes to draw and paint, and that she has a rather unique mane and tail. The original Toola-Roola is an earth pony, but I decided to make her a pegasus instead. Why? ...Because in my headcannon, she is Rainbow Dash's cousin. It would explain the multicolored mane and tail anyway. =w=
....So... would this reimagining of Toola-Roola technically be a Pony-OC or not?

One weird thing about Toola Roola was that there are 2 versions of her in G3 - one was purple, with a purple and green mane I think, then there was the second version, who is the pink one with a rainbow-coloured mane. Or something like that..?
